Personal Assistant

Department: Administration / Management

Location: Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to management.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle emails, calls, and routine correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and MIS as required.
  • Maintain records, files, and important documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Arrange meetings and maintain meeting-related information.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.
  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative work.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
  • Skills & Qualificationslls.

Working HoursMonday to Saturday | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
