💼 Job Role

We are looking for an Accountant cum DEO who can manage basic accounting activities along with regular data entry and record-maintenance work.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day basic accounting activities.
• Maintain bills, invoices, vouchers and accounting records.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel.
• Make purchase and sales entries.
• Maintain and update ledgers and other account-related records.
• Assist with basic bank reconciliation and payment-related records.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports as required.
• Maintain and organize documents and files.
• Coordinate with internal teams for bills and required documents.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of Accounts & DEO work.

🎯 Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
• Good numerical and typing accuracy.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to handle both accounting and data-entry responsibilities.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Candidates with relevant Accounts + Data Entry experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with good basic accounting knowledge and Tally skills may also be considered.
• Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented and willing to handle multiple day-to-day tasks.
