Job Description – Telecaller

Job Location: Swargate / Bibwewadi / shindewadi , Pune

Department: Sales / Customer Relationship Management


Position:

  • Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Generate sales leads and schedule customer visits at the dealership.
  • Follow up with customers regarding vehicle enquiries, test drives, bookings, and sales.
  • Inform customers about offers, schemes, new vehicle launches, and promotions.
  • Maintain customer calling records and update follow-up details.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Follow up with existing customers for service reminders and customer feedback, as required.
  • Achieve daily calling targets and support the sales team in meeting business targets.
  • Candidate Requirements


Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

  • Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
