Telecaller

SpacePro Realty is looking for a confident and motivated *Telecaller* to support our real estate sales and business development activities.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential real estate clients and leads.

* Understand client requirements for *buying, selling and leasing* properties.

* Explain relevant property opportunities to prospective clients.

* Generate, qualify and follow up with leads.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.

* Coordinate qualified leads with the sales/business development team.

* Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.

* Attend the office *once a week for reporting and review meetings*.

### Candidate Requirements

* Minimum *1 year of experience in real estate telecalling/sales* preferred.

* *Freshers are welcome* if they have good knowledge of real estate.

* Good understanding of the *Pune real estate market* will be an advantage.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Confident and professional telephone communication.

* Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.

* Strong follow-up and sales-oriented approach.

### Salary & Benefits

* *Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month*
