We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele-Caller who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, generate interest in properties, and convert enquiries into qualified leads and site visits.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce real estate projects.

• Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer property requirements.

• Generate and qualify leads through effective tele-calling.

• Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and available options to customers.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule property site visits for qualified customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team for successful site-visit conversion.

• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.

• Build positive relationships with prospective customers.

• Maintain proper follow-up with old and new leads.

• Stay updated about current real estate projects and market trends. Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and persuasive communication style.

• Basic knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and English.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

• Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.

• Candidates comfortable with work from office are preferred.

Eligibility:

• Freshers: HSC / Graduate candidates with good communication skills can apply.

• Experienced: Candidates with experience in tele-calling, pre-sales, customer service, or real estate sales are preferred.

• Candidates from Real Estate / Telecalling / BPO / Banking / Insurance / Sales backgrounds can apply.
