Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.

Talent Acquisition Source candidates through referrals, networking, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and social media.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess candidates for role and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Offer & Joining Management Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.

Ensure successful candidate joining and a smooth onboarding experience.

Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until onboarding.
