Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidate profiles via portals and social media, coordinate interviews, and facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
Employee Relations & Retention: Resolve staff conflicts, handle grievances, and deploy engagement activities to build a positive and productive work culture.
HR Operations & Payroll Support: Administer compensation and benefits, support payroll processing, track attendance, and manage leave requests. Hands-on experience with HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office tools.
Performance & Talent Management: Assist department heads with performance reviews, appraisals, and identify ongoing training needs.
Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee files in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and ensure full compliance with regional labor laws and statutory regulations.
