Job Description
The Backend Office Executive will be responsible for providing backend operational and coordination support for HR and Finance-related employee processes. The role will primarily focus on employee reimbursement verification, HRMS and attendance-related coordination, employee query resolution, data accuracy, documentation, and timely follow-up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, ownership, coordination and follow-through, as the role will act as an important support layer between employees, HR, Finance, business teams and system/support teams.
