HR Recruiter

Job Profile :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, and support positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate the joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain employee and recruitment records.
• Support employee engagement and HR activities.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and achieve recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring is an advantage.
• Real estate recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
