Job Description
Job Description – HR & Admin ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring of candidates.
- Search and source candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports and other office reports.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and other office documents using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Handle daily office administration and coordination activities.
- Manage emails, documentation, data entry, and other routine office work.
- Coordinate with management and employees for day-to-day office requirements.
- Support the management in maintaining smooth and efficient office operations.
