🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Female HR Manager to manage key HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Employee Management. Prior experience in Real Estate HR will be an added advantage, while candidates with strong relevant HR experience from other industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end hiring for Sales, Pre-Sales, BDE, TL/Manager and corporate roles.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.

2. HR Operations

• Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities.

3. Performance & Employee Relations

• Coordinate probation, confirmation, performance reviews and salary revisions.
• Handle employee concerns and maintain workplace discipline.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Conduct employee engagement activities and support a positive work culture.
• Focus on employee retention and employee satisfaction.

5. HR MIS & Payroll Coordination

• Maintain HR reports related to hiring, attendance and attrition.
• Coordinate payroll and salary-related inputs with Management & Accounts Team.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong employee-handling and management coordination skills.
• MBA in HR preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
• Female candidates only.
