Title: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 2- 7 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Job description:

·       Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information

·       Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

·       Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

·       Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

·       Organize and maintain personnel records

·       Update internal databases

·       Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

·       Answer questions about products or the company

·       Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

·       Enter and update customer information in the database.

Job Specification:

·       Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;

·       Good computer skills (MS Office)

·       Proficiency in English

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       BSc/BA/B.com/BCA in business administration or a relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
