Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
• Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the booking and sales process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, finance, and customer-support teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Stay updated on property market trends, competitor projects, and local developments.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or a related sales role is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
