Job Description

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in HP laptops and desktops.
  • Perform hardware repairs, part replacement, and component-level troubleshooting.
  • Handle motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, RAM, SSD/HDD, adapter, and other hardware issues.
  • Perform BIOS/firmware updates and hardware diagnostics.
  • Conduct proper physical and functional inspection of devices.
  • Follow company/HP service procedures and maintain repair quality standards.
  • Update service tickets/RMA and repair status accurately.
  • Coordinate with the service coordinator/L2 team for complex technical issues.
  • Ensure timely closure of assigned service cases.
  • Maintain proper documentation of replaced parts and repair activities.
  • Provide professional customer support and explain technical issues clearly.
