Job Description
Installation & Setup: Install Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) cables, lay and splice fiber optic lines, and mount Wi-Fi routers or ONT/ONU modems.
Activation & Testing: Configure network connections and test signal strength to guarantee fast, stable internet.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix signal drops, wiring issues, or hardware faults during or after setup.
Customer Support: Explain basic router use and Wi-Fi security to customers.
Reporting: Update daily work logs, service tickets, and material usage via mobile apps.
