*Job Title:* Business Development Manager, Sales Manager
*Job Summary:*
We're seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth in assigned territories. You'll build relationships with customers, promote bank products, and achieve business targets.
- *Business Development:*
- Source new business leads and prospects
- Sell and cross-sell bank products (loans, deposits, insurance)
- Meet sales targets and business objectives
- *Field Work:*
- Regularly visit customers, prospects, and referral partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify business opportunities and report to management
- *Customer Service:*
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer queries and issues.
