Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Consultant
- Product pitching and generating profitable sales.
- Effective lead handling and follow-up with prospective customers.
- Communicating with customers regarding complaints and coordinating updates with the CRM Department.
- Following internal ERP processes for sales order generation and execution.
- Promoting and selling allied products and services.
- Adhering to SOPs and the complete sales process from vehicle booking to delivery.
- Preparing and maintaining Prospect Tracking Cards.
- Preparing Test Drive Forms, including customer declarations and feedback records.
- Ensuring the 7-Step Test Drive Demonstration is conducted effectively.
- Proper utilization of the Welcome Kit during customer interactions.
- Conducting 5th Day Sales PSF (Post-Sales Follow-up) calls and maintaining the required records.
- Attending all training programs as per company nominations and schedules.
- Regularly practicing mock demonstrations to enhance product presentation skills.
- Handling customer queries professionally and providing timely resolutions.
- Providing accurate information to customers and ensuring complete transparency in all deals and transactions.
