Job Description
We are looking for a persuasive and detail-oriented Loan Recovery Telecaller to contact customers with overdue accounts, negotiate repayment solutions, and ensure timely debt collection while adhering to fair practices and legal compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls and take inbound queries regarding past-due accounts.
Negotiation & Payment Collection: Persuade delinquent borrowers to clear outstanding debts, offering structured payment plans, partial waivers, or extensions where applicable.
