Finance X is expanding its sales leadership team across Bihar! We're looking for driven, self-motivated Sales Managers to lead our unsecured loans business (Personal Loans, Business Loans) in the following clusters:

📍 Muzaffarpur & Darbhanga

📍 Bhagalpur & Begusarai

📍 Gaya & Biharsharif

📍 Chapra, Siwan & Gopalganj

📍 Ara & Buxar

📍 Patna District

About the Role As a Sales Manager, you will drive secured/unsecured loan sourcing and disbursement in your assigned cluster, build and manage a network of DSAs and connectors, and be the local face of Finance X in your market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive personal loan and business loan sourcing targets for the cluster
• Recruit, onboard, and activate DSA/connector networks in your territory
• Build relationships with local sub-agents, CAs, and referral partners
• Own the sales pipeline from lead generation through disbursement
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth file processing
• Report on cluster performance, market intelligence, and competitor activity

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in unsecured loan sales (NBFC/DSA/Bank background preferred)
• Strong local market knowledge and an existing connector/DSA network is a big plus
• Self-starter who can operate independently and build a territory from the ground up
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the cluster

Compensation Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.

This is a target-driven role — the more you disburse, the more you earn, with uncapped monthly bonus payouts for achieving and exceeding cluster targets.
