About the Company Piercing Systems India Private Limited is associated with Studex, a globally recognized ear and body-piercing solutions brand. We provide professional piercing systems, piercing studs, aftercare products, displays and related solutions to jewelers stores, salons, tattoo studios, ENT clinics and other professional outlets.

• Job Responsibilities Visit jewelers stores, salons, tattoo studios, ENT clinics and other potential business outlets.
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and demonstrate Studex piercing systems, products and offers.
• Achieve monthly sales and new-account targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, pending orders and payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Submit daily/weekly visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the internal team for orders, invoices, dispatches and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.
• Ensure proper product presentation and brand visibility at customer outlets.
• Candidate Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development preferred.
• Candidates with experience in jewellery, salons, beauty, healthcare, tattoo or FMCG sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel and CRM applications.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply.
