Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and new markets.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on business progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with calling, client meetings, and field visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
