Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide property/project information.
  • Handle customer queries and understand their requirements.
  • Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
  • Generate customer interest and explain property details.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer remarks.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Perform all general telecalling and customer follow-up activities.


Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
