Trueno is an electric mobility company operating across EV sales, rentals and multi-brand EV service. We are looking for a highly driven Business Head – Mumbai who can independently manage and grow our Mumbai operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Business Head to independently manage and grow our Mumbai operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-based management position. The person will be responsible for ensuring that sales happen, rental vehicles are deployed, payments are collected, service vehicles are delivered on time and customers receive a high-quality experience. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver, commercially sharp, technically comfortable and capable of leading a team independently.

We are looking for someone who can sell, negotiate, manage people, solve operational problems and get things done.

This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate should be comfortable personally meeting customers, visiting B2B clients for collections, handling escalations and stepping into operational problems when required.

Experience: 4–8 years preferred

Location: Mumbai

EV / automobile / rental / fleet / mobility experience preferred.
