Warehouse Supervisor – Sepik Lifesciences

Sepik Lifesciences is a pharmaceutical company, so the warehouse supervisor role will focus on healthcare products, medicines, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

- Supervise daily receiving, storage, and dispatch of medicines, medical equipment, and healthcare products

- Ensure proper handling and storage per regulatory guidelines – including temperature-controlled storage for sensitive products

- Oversee loading/unloading, order picking, packing, labeling, and timely dispatch .

2. Inventory Control

- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records using FIFO/FEFO

- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies

- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for stock planning and replenishment

- Verify GST invoices and maintain documentation for regulatory audits.

3. Compliance & Quality

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, GDP guidelines, and safety standards

- Maintain standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the warehouse

- Create and follow SOPs for operations, active/passive cooling processes, and customer requirements

4. Team Management

- Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff, pickers, and loaders

- Prepare daily work plans, allocate resources, and monitor team productivity

- Conduct performance appraisals and ensure staff follow safety protocols .

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operations reports

- Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and logistics partners

Typical Requirements

- Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse operations, preferably pharma/healthcare/FMCG. 1-2 years supervisory experience

- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Admin preferred. Diploma required

- Knowledge: Pharma regulations, GDP guidelines, temperature-controlled shipments, WMS/ERP systems like SAP

- Skills: Leadership, inventory management, Excel/MS Office, problem-solving .
