Job Description
- Supervise and manage day-to-day rice mill production operations.
- Monitor production targets, quality, processing, and output.
- Manage and guide production workers and shift activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of rice milling machinery and equipment.
- Maintain production records, reports, and daily production data.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action promptly.
- Minimize production losses, wastage, and machine downtime.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets.
