Job Description
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, references, and other channels.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Understand customer logistics requirements and offer suitable services.
Prepare and share quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Develop long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support for smooth service delivery.
Follow up on pending payments where required.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Provide regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
Visit clients whenever required for business development.
