Sales & Marketing Manager

To drive business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing a sales team, building relationships with channel partners, and achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Generate business through Direct Sales Executives (DSEs), DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Develop new business opportunities with builders, real estate dealers, Chartered Accountants, and other referral sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

1. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and revenue targets.
• Promote Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products.
• Monitor leads, login cases, approvals, sanctions, and disbursements.

• Recruit, train, guide, and motivate sales executives and channel partners.
• Conduct regular team meetings and review individual performance.
• Ensure productivity and achievement of assigned targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business associates.
• Ensure timely follow-up and smooth coordination from login to disbursement.
• Resolve customer and channel partner queries efficiently.
