Department -Human Resources

Job Summary-We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent.


Key Responsibilities -

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
