Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a disciplined, responsible, and well-organized Admin Incharge to manage the administrative, security, discipline, and day-to-day operational activities of our jewellery store. Candidates with an Army/Defence background will be preferred due to their strong discipline, leadership, security awareness, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall administrative activities of the jewellery store.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance, punctuality, and grooming standards.
- Monitor store opening and closing procedures as per company policy.
- Supervise security guards and coordinate with security agencies.
- Ensure proper implementation of security and safety protocols.
