Operations Coordinator

The Detailing Office Admin & Detailing Floor Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative activities of the studio while actively supervising the detailing floor. The role will ensure smooth coordination between the office, technicians, customers, and management, while maintaining proper workflow, discipline, quality, and timely vehicle delivery. The person will monitor staff attendance, late arrivals, breaks, overtime, job allocation, vehicle movement, work progress, inventory, cleanliness, and daily studio operations. They will coordinate with technicians regarding assigned jobs, track pending work, ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery, and escalate any operational, quality, customer, or staff-related issues to management. The role will also handle basic customer coordination, job cards, service records, payments, stock updates, administrative documentation, and daily reporting. The ideal candidate should be organised, disciplined, proactive, comfortable working on the studio floor, capable of handling a team, and able to manage office responsibilities while ensuring that the entire Detailing studio operates smoothly and efficiently every day.
