About the Role:

The Irish Green is seeking a professional, high-energy Restaurant Steward to join our hospitality team in Sector 76, Noida. This position is strictly for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced dining environment. As a key member of our team, you will welcome guests, showcase extensive knowledge of our pure-veg multi-cuisine menu, manage service inventory, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

* Guest Relations: Welcome arriving guests with a warm, positive attitude and guide them to their tables with standard hospitality etiquette.

* Menu Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of our food and beverage menu to confidently answer questions, explain dishes, and make recommendations.

* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of service cutlery, crockery, and other table supplies, and assist with inventory tracking for the dining area.

* Table Service: Take accurate orders, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.

* Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow service team members to maintain a smooth, professional workflow.

* Dining Room Upkeep: Ensure tables are set correctly, side stations are stocked, and the dining area remains clean and organized.

Requirements: 

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a restaurant steward or server. This role is not open to freshers.

* Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of restaurant inventory tracking and stock management.

* Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.

* Attitude: A positive, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to hospitality excellence.

* Teamwork: A reliable team player who supports colleagues during peak rush hours and weekend rushes.

* Policy Agreement: Must be willing to serve a 1-month notice period before leaving the job.
