Assistant Manager – Catering Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Catering to support the growing volume of catering operations and event executions. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple events while ensuring operational efficiency, food quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with clients, event organizers, and internal stakeholders for smooth event planning and execution.
• Plan and execute catering operations at event venues and off-site locations.
• Manage manpower deployment, duty allocation, and team coordination for events.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, service, logistics, procurement, and operations teams.
• Ensure timely setup of event areas, equipment, service counters, and other operational requirements.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards at event locations.
• Ensure adequate availability of manpower, equipment, raw materials, and other event-related resources.
• Supervise the catering team during events and ensure adherence to operational SOPs.
• Handle multiple events simultaneously and ensure timely execution as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners wherever required.
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve operational issues during events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company standards.
• Conduct post-event reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain event-related reports, manpower records, and operational documentation.
• Support the management team in improving catering operations, service quality, and cost efficiency.
