Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives

Experience: Minimum 2 years in tele sales

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About Shramii

Shramii is a mobile and web app that helps private security agencies manage their guards. Agency owners use it to track attendance through GPS and face recognition, manage duties, and replace paper registers and Excel sheets. We are a growing startup building a team to take Shramii to security agencies across India.

What You Will Do

- Make outbound calls to owners and managers of private security agencies

- Understand how they manage guards today and explain how Shramii solves their problems

- Handle objections and convert interested agencies into paying customers

- Schedule product demos and follow up on leads until closure

- Keep accurate call records and lead status in Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM

- Meet weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets

- Share customer feedback with the team to help improve the product

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales, telecalling, or inside sales

- B2B or software/app sales experience is a strong plus

- Fluent Hindi and working knowledge of English

- Confident on the phone, with strong convincing and objection-handling skills

- Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven work

- Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)

- Good to have: experience selling to small business owners, or familiarity with the security services or manpower industry

Incentive Structure

On top of your fixed salary, you earn incentives based on the revenue you bring in:

- ₹0 – ₹50,000: 5%

- ₹50,001 – ₹75,000: 10%

- ₹75,001 – ₹1,00,000: 15%

- Above ₹1,00,000: 20%
