Xportel enables businesses to sell and ship across global marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop and more.

Key Responsibilities Business Development

• Identify and acquire D2C brands, exporters, manufacturers, and e-commerce sellers.

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and networking.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.

• Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.

Logistics & Marketplace Sales

• Promote Xportel's International Courier, Air Freight, Fulfillment, Warehousing, and Customs Clearance services.

• Sell marketplace shipping solutions for Amazon FBA, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, and other global platforms.

• Understand customer export requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.

• Coordinate with operations teams for onboarding and implementation.

Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

• Generate recurring business from existing customers.

Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients.

• Resolve customer concerns and ensure service satisfaction.

• Identify upselling opportunities across shipping, fulfillment, and marketplace services.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.

• Confidence in client meetings and presentations.

• Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycles.

• Knowledge of logistics, exports, e-commerce, or marketplace ecosystems preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
