Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, understanding their property requirements, and scheduling site visits or meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the company database.
• Introduce real estate projects, investment opportunities, and offers professionally.
• Understand clients’ budget, preferences, and investment requirements.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication.
• Follow up with prospective clients regularly and maintain strong relationships.
• Schedule site visits, project walkthroughs, and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
• Handle client queries and objections professionally.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and professional personality.
• Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or telesales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
