Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Executive finds new clients, shows properties, and closes deals to hit monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Find new buyers or sellers through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to learn their budget, location preferences, and property needs.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and host site visits, walking clients through property features and project details.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Help negotiate prices, draft agreements, and finalize sales transactions.
  • CRM Management: Keep customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports updated in company software.
