Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our company. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, explaining our products and services, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
• Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and basic complaints professionally.
• Schedule appointments, product/service demonstrations, or meetings when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth customer handling.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, pending payments, or service requirements as assigned.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
