Customer Service Executive – Banking ProcessJob Role: Customer Service Executive

Process: Banking

Location: Sector 127, Noida

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customers ke inbound calls attend karna.
  • Banking products aur services se related customer queries resolve karna.
  • Account, transaction, payment, card aur service-related information provide karna.
  • Customer ki problems ko understand karke proper solution dena.
  • Customer details aur interaction ko system/CRM mein update karna.
  • Professional aur polite communication maintain karna.
  • Customer satisfaction ensure karna.

Eligibility:

  • Good Communication Skills Only.
  • Hindi & English communication preferred.
  • Customer service experience candidates preferred.
  • Freshers/experienced candidates as per process requirement.

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working: Work From Office

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month

Incentives: Up to ₹40,000
