About the RoleBellway Realtech is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate interest in our real estate projects, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, and other sources.
• Explain Bellway Realtech projects, locations, pricing, facilities, and investment opportunities to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred property type.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
• Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
• Generate and schedule property site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales/field team for scheduled site visits.
• Handle customer questions and basic objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in the CRM.
• Make daily calls according to assigned targets.
• Maintain proper records of connected calls, interested leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Submit daily calling and performance reports to the Team Leader/Manager.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with daily sales and calling targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily outbound calls.

• Sales/booking contribution.

Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
