TELECALLER – FRESHERSCompany: Ayudravya
Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
We are hiring fresh Telecallers for our growing sales team.
- Eligibility10th / 12th Pass
- Freshers are welcome
- No previous telecalling experience required
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Basic understanding of smartphones/computers
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls
- Candidates willing to learn sales are preferred
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹6,000 per month
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹16,000 per month
- Performance-based growth opportunities
- Job ResponsibilitiesCall interested/potential customers
- Explain Ayudravya products and offers
- Understand customer requirements
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain basic customer/call records
- Work towards daily and monthly sales targets
