Job Description

  • Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Consultant / Property Advisor
  • Industry: Real Estate, Construction, or Prop-Tech
  • Primary Goal: Generate leads, guide clients through property selection, and hit monthly or quarterly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Find new clients via cold calling, digital campaigns, referrals, and networking.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits or open houses for prospective buyers.
  • Client Consultation: Understand buyer needs, explain project or property details, and share market trends.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Present offers, negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers, and help close deals.
