Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Overdraft (OD), and other financial products.
  • Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
  • Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
