• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities 

• Explain the customers about the properties. 

• Develop MoneyTree Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with 

company policies. 

• Build good Working relationship with Clients Calling on leads provided by the company 

• Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone 

calls and e-mails. 

• Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business. 

• Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis 

• Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller 

• Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller 

• Understand the core values of the company and its goals. 

• Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.
