Job Description
Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales employees.
Train employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales executives.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and feedback.
Develop training materials, presentations, and role-play activities.
Conduct regular refresher training sessions.
Help the sales team achieve monthly sales targets.
Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Work closely with the Sales and HR teams to improve employee performance.
