Job Description
Recruitment & Staffing: Source, interview, and hire qualified candidates across financial, sales, operations, and administrative departments using various job portals and networking platforms.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, and exit processes.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate attendance, leaves, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) with the finance team.
Performance Management: Facilitate performance review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback systems across departments.
HR Policies & Compliance: Implement and update HR procedures, maintaining strict compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
