📢 Hiring – Team Leader (Sales)

💼 Position : Team Leader – Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales
💰 Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives
Salary will be decided based on interview performance & experience.
🔹 Responsibilities :
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Achieve daily/monthly team targets.
Monitor calling, follow-ups and conversions.
Train and guide team members.
Track team performance and prepare reports.
Support the team in lead conversion and customer handling.
🎯 Requirements:
2–3+ years of experience in Personal Loan / Overdraft / Banking Sales.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
Immediate joiners preferred.
🕐 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working: 6 Days | Sunday Fixed Off
