Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Specialist and Telecalling role for Noida office. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, communication with clients (Law Firms, Corporates etc.), conducting sales activities, deal closure, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating training sessions, and overseeing sales management operations.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills (Tele-Calling)
- Training experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
- Six months to 2 years in similar field
