Sales & Service Engineer

Note: Candidates with a diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics, preferably from a hospital industry background, with a minimum of two years of experience, are highly preferred for this job role.

Responsibilities

1. As Service Engineer you will have to Service equipments at customers site.
2. Pre-sales demonstrations and technical support to Sales team 
3. You will also make demonstrations of products, installations and thereafter maintenance of the equipments installed. Faulty equipments must be put into working condition within minimum down time. Any spare parts required must be identified and reported to the office in writing along with the Service report duly signed by the end user. Name of user and seal of company is essential in the report.
4. IQOQPQ validations and documentations
5. You must try your best to include all equipments into AMC.
6. You will be responsible for all collections arising out of repairs and maintenance contracts.
7. You must provide Second Level support to other field personnel.
8. You must prepare a dossier of all spare parts required for all equipment’s in our product range.
9. During field visit you must report to the HO/senior on a daily basis
