About the Role

looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to help students enroll in our stock market education programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into enrolled students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
• Explain course offerings, mentorship programs, and pricing to prospective students.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing and support teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or business development is preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in EdTech, financial services, stock market, or investment-related sales.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
