Sales Executive

FabricByShal is a fabric trading and sourcing company specializing in quality cotton and other woven fabrics for garment manufacturers, fashion brands, boutiques, exporters and wholesalers.

About the Role:

We are looking for Sales Executives who are confident in communication and passionate about sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling customer enquiries, following up with leads and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and understand customers' fabric requirements.
• Explain fabric Quality, Width, GSM, Composition, Price, and Availability.
• Share fabric images, videos, swatches, and quotations with customers.
• Follow up regularly with potential customers and maintain relationships.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop relationships with garment manufacturers, exporters, fashion brands, boutiques and wholesalers.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for customer orders.
• Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for fabric sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely communication.

Skills Required

• Good English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer/Excel work.
• Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in fabric, textile, garment or B2B sales will be an advantage.
